Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

A Wonderful Way To Start The Holidays
First off let me start by saying that the pictures that you will see will never do the justice that this cabin deserves. My family and I were all in shock with how surreal the views were.
On top of the views, the cabin itself is larger than we imagined and that just added so much more to our trip, we felt like royalty up on the mountain in our cabin.
The owners were very quick to ensure we had all we needed to check in, the amenities were all available as well. Getting to play pool with the sunrise in the big game room window was amazing.
If anything had to be our favorite, I would have to say the hot tub on the balcony in the chilly weather was the best way to end our day.
Thanks again for everything, I have big plans on coming back.

Absolutely Fabulous
When I arrived to the cabin, I noticed how clean and beautiful it was, with an amazing view. I probably took 50 pictures of the same thing, and I live on the ocean in Florida, this was as nice or nicer. We had a little issue with hornets on the patio and a thermostat that was forcing heat in the lower level. I contacted the office and they sent someone over within an hour and the thermostat was replaced and the hornets nest was destroyed. They were fantastic. Nothing bad to say once that was completed. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends.
Trip Cut Short ...Hurricane Helene
Very seldom do I write reviews, but I wanted to on this. Unfortunately our trip was cut short, because of bad weather coming. This place was beautiful, great location, the staff that communicated with us, was very nice and prompt to respond to emails, and phone calls. I would highly recommend staying here. Views were amazing, our cabin #50 was clean and ready when we arrived. Great communication from staff. We had to leave suddenly when the road at bottom of entrance washed out, the staff called us to tell us, we had a choice to stay or not, we wanted to stay, but felt necessary to go ahead at leave. (Glad we did) we accidentally left a hearing aid on nightstand. It was found and is being mailed to us...thank you!!
I would definitely stay again! Only one thing to say negative. . carpet down stairs is needing to be replaced or done away with,Other than that... Loved the one night we got to stay! Will be back for sure!

Very Enjoyable
We spent a week here and very much enjoyed our stay! The view was great and the cabin was perfect in terms of size and amenities for the 2 of us. We had no issues during our stay but the management team still reached out to us to check in and make sure we didn't have any needs anyway. The location of the resort was great. It was nice to stay outside of the city - but it's a very easy/relatively quick drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park. We would definitely recommend a stay at Ridgetop Retreat - or any of the Elk Springs rentals for that matter. We will be back in the future!
Great View
Cabin and location is great. Love the floor plan would rent again. Only thing is cabin needs a deep cleaning. Sticky floors and greasy kitchen, not huge but something this nice deserves to be a show place!
