Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Terrific Mountain Retreat
The house exceeded our expectations. The photos of the house were on point and the view was even better in public. The house was well maintained and the one issue we had with the hot water was dealt with promptly. I completely understand that maintenance issues happen so the speed that it was dealt with was appreciated and I will book with you because of that.

Absolutely Breathtaking
Our 7th time using Elk Springs Resort for our 2x a year trips to Gatlinburg & I'll say it 100x over, quality A plus service from them, great customer service, easy check in and they go above & beyond..this trip we tried a new cabin instead of our usual one..Forever Young..Let me tell you, beautiful cabin from the min you open the door, very clean, well stocked and those views from all 3 decks is absolutely breathtaking..will definitely book it for next year and will always use ESR for our vacation needs in Tennessee
Great Cabin
We really enjoyed the cabin and the view you have of the mountain is great.The only bad thing, you will hear some road noise, especially on the weekends. When we contacted the management team concerning some questions about the cabin amenities they responded quickly. Overall it a great cabin, and would love to go back soon.

We had the most amazing view and stayed in one of the best cabins I have ever stayed in. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Secluded. We felt very at home during our stay. Will definitely be booking this cabin in the future. We even had a sweet bear that visit us everyday.
