"We rented this Lodge for birthday celebrations and the love of Gatlinburg. We were not disappointed! The amenities were wonderful and relaxing for the entire gang. There is something for everyone and space to get away when needed. The few small issues (the air hockey plug was broke prior to arrival, and the need for sheets, a broken rocker) were dealt with expeditiously and professionally. It's situated in a nice community and near everything. A little bar and a wonderful cinnamon roll place in the village! I would stay here again and recommend that you do as well. "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The cabin is beautiful & spacious! Close & convenient to everything, & was very clean! There’s so much to do at the cabin that you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. We really enjoyed our stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin & we will be back! Highly recommend this cabin & Elksprings Resort!

clean when we arrived, answered any questions through text in a very timely manner, very large space, pool was clean as well. will definitely stay here again next winter. Winter rates are very affordable
