Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great!!!
We rented Ever After for our honeymoon and it was truly unbelievable!!!! It was remarkably clean. The amenities were unbelievable! The decks were great and with amazing views!! The bed was comfortable!! we utilized the kitchen and the grill and it supplies anything you need. we had a great time playing pool and even watched a 3-D movie!!We definitely want to return for our anniversary!!We would highly recommend this property to others!!!!

My Ever After
This cabin was perfect for our honeymoon! The only thing we didn't care too much about was the 30 minute drive to anything. All in all, very cozy, well maintained and organized. We will definitely be making another trip next year! Thank you Elk Springs Resort!

Gatlinburg Get-Away
Abbsolutely loved the place. Cabin was beautiful inside and out. Furnished so professionally and tastefully that I wouldn't change a thing.Gatlinburg was about 20 minute drive so not bad at all. We went into town every morning for breakfast and dinner as you can't get to all the places available in a short weekend trip.We want to do it again but perhaps in the spring or fall to see all the colors in the mountains.

Ever After Honeymoon Trip!
From the moment we opened the door, Ever After encompassed everything we were looking for after a hectic wedding week. Sparkling clean, a perfect kitchen with modern conveniences, two decks with amazing views; it was truly a fantastic experience. I was nervous that our cabin would be located super close to others in the resort, but we were just far enough to enjoy our own privacy. However, the other local cabins were too close together for our taste, so be sure you book the best location for your stay.

One of the best vacations I've ever had...much less honeymoon!
We had a tremendous time in Gatlinburg and in our cabin, Ever After. The views were spectacular and we couldn't stop marveling at all the luxurious touches to the cabin. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back!
