Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Great Mountain Getaway
Can’t beat the view! Private and spacious for our group of 8. Great indoor and outdoor space. Appliances could really use some updating (dryer took forever and stove was temperamental) and Wi-Fi was iffy. Amenities were fantastic. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was beautiful but was not very well kept. It was nasty!! Chicken bones and dried ketchup or some kind of sauce was on the floor in the kitchen and plates and flatware. There was mole in the bathroom ceilings and spider webs everywhere. We had leaking from the ceiling in 3 places but no one ever came out after calling the leasing agent office as promised. For the money spent, the cabin should’ve been kept better. It appears they only change the bed linen and put out fresh towels. Bathroom floors were dirty as well.

beautiful view.. but the cabin was dirty
beautiful view, cabin was really nice except the cleaniness of tbe cabin it self. was dissapointed it was cleaned properly and was blamed beacause i wouldnt allow a technician in to fix the issue should have been cleaned by the time i checked in.
