Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Getaway For Two At Rustic Elegance
It was almost perfect! It felt isolated, yet there were other rentals in the vicinity - and so quiet! The cabin was awesome and was spotless when we arrived. Any questions or issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. The area is beautiful! We enjoyed our time exploring antique shops, visiting Parrot Mountain, and the Hatfields & McCoys Dinner Feud was fantastic!

What A Pleasant Surprise!
At the time of our reservation, there was only one review. I was a little nervous but found out quickly upon arrival that the cabin is a new build and we were only the 3rd couple to rent it. Everything is brand new. The pictures are accurate. It is small, perfect for 2 people. The owner has put her personal decorating into the space making it feel very warm and welcoming. Elk Springs responded immediately when we voiced some minor issues. They kept in touch to make sure we were completely satisfied and that everything was in working order. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but that was no big deal. The hot tub is emptied after each guest so it's clean. The cabin itself was very clean, even the porch. I never stayed in a cabin before so I was thinking it may have critters or bugs but nope it did not. There was plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable, but you may want to bring your own pillow as the ones there are very thick. I hope that future renters are respectful of the property in order to maintain the quality of this little gem. We look forward to renting this in the future!
Nice Relaxing Spot
I needed a secluded spot to get away from life for a while, and this was just the spot. Jacuzzi didn't work the first day but they fixed it while I was out and about and it was ready by the time I got back from dinner, so bravo on the quick maintenance. I would have a couple suggestions on how to make better but nothing major at all. I would totally rent this cabin or try another one from Elk Springs again in the future.
Peaceful Setting!
This cabin was nice but small. You may bump your head if you are tall. The hot tub has a nice view. The sunset views were amazing from the other side of the cabin.
