Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Beautiful Lodge That Meets Or Exceeds All Expectations
We've rented lodges in the Sevierville/Gatlinburg area for many years, but this was our first stay in HawksVue. The lodge is breathtaking inside and out and everything about it suited our needs to perfection. We loved having so many bedrooms with king-sized beds.
Briefly stated, this lodge was everything it was advertised to be, and we couldn't have asked for more.
NOTE: During our stay, we left food cooking in the oven a bit too long, something boiled over, we smoked up the lodge, and the stove stopped working. We called maintenance, and they sent someone within an hour. He fixed the oven quickly and all was well.
NOTE: This property is under the management of Elk Springs Resort, and they always do an outstanding job!

Spacious Love
When searching for a cabin that has private accommodations for five couples look no further! All the rooms had king size beds and the entire cabin had a total of five bathrooms and two half baths. This cabin provides seclusion and, an abundance of space to have game nights, movie nights and much more! We didn’t get to enjoy the cabin to its entirety because of the space but it definitely made for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I also have to mention they offer two grilling options! (Gas and charcoal)

Our original Unit was out of water and they very nicely gave me a call and moved us to another cabin to Accommodate. Had a great time and saw a bear as well!
Great Cabin With Comfortable Beds
We had a fantastic time at Hawks Vue for a guys weekend! It was really nice having 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The pool table, good grilling equipment, hot tub, and fantastic view were really nice. It was also great being at the end of the road so it was really quiet and we had plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. We were about 15 mintues to gatlinburg and about 15 minutes to sevierville. I would also recommend Iron Mountain Sporting clays if you are looking to have some fun with shotguns. We had a blast!
Wonderful Cabin For Mountain Getaway
Our family had a wonderful stay at Hawks Vue cabin! It was exactly as described and was very clean. It was quiet and secluded and we enjoyed the decks and rocking chairs for our morning coffee daily. Having 5 king size beds and every bedroom having a bathroom was great! The kids loved the pool table, hot tub and theater room! We would definitely stay here again
