The Meadows Construction Notice: Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: (as of 7/25/2023) There are many homes in the Club that are currently under construction and construction vehicle noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. Please read before booking: All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day. The gate hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm Sunday: 8am - 2pm COMMUNITY AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO YOU DURING YOUR STAY: - Chetola Sporting Reserve - On 67 acres of mountain terrain, this private club offers an array of outdoor sportsman activities including gun, rifle, and pistol ranges, a sporting clay course, an archery range, and fly fishing. ADDITIONAL NOTES - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST - There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. There is room for one vehicle to be parked inside the garage. - This home is pet friendly, and allows two, well-trained and mature dogs (no exceptions) for an additional pet rent for $25 per night, per dog. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional $25 amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time.
