Located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, between the charming towns of Boone and Blowing Rock, this home presents guests with 50-mile views and a wealth of outdoor activities and attractions! Please read before booking: All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day. The gate hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm Sunday: 8am - 2pm COMMUNITY AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO YOU DURING YOUR STAY: - Chetola Sporting Reserve - On 67 acres of mountain terrain, this private club offers an array of outdoor sportsman activities including gun, rifle, and pistol ranges, a sporting clay course, an archery range, and fly fishing. All activities are led by NRA-certified instructors. Please contact the club for info on pricing and reservations. - Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music. - Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer. - Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks snaking across all 6,000+ acres of BRMC. - Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus a number of coveted fishing holes. - Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts. - Horseshoes. - Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar). ​​​​​​​- Brand new outdoor pool located at The Meadows - Spa and massage services for an additional charge! - Ascent Wellness & Fitness center including: Personal training Private classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, and more! ADDITIONAL NOTES - The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is a up-and-coming community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, and on Friday's from 7am to 5pm. Quiet interior work is allowed on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. - Guests returning to Mountain Kandy are eligible for a 5% loyalty discount (not to be stacked with any other discounts) - Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows. One camera is pointing towards the driveway, one camera is a doorbell camera at the front door and the other camera is outside top floor pointing down at the ground. - Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST - There is level, paved parking for up to 4-5 small/medium vehicles. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional $25 amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website. Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
