Welcome to Sweet Séjour at Blue Ridge Mountain Club! Relax in the finest mountain views the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer! The main level features a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and undermount sink, stainless appliances, and a large island. Bring your favourite pods for the Keurig and start your day on the deck. Long, layered views will put your mind at ease. The dining table seats up to seven, and there are four stools at the bar. The leather sofa and custom made chairs surround the gas fireplace and large TV with YouTube TV. A half bath is nearby for convenience, as well as the laundry center. The king suite has a walk in closet, ceiling fan, and a fabulous private bathroom. The double granite vanity has space for your items, and the tiled shower is a work of art. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The game room has a gas log fireplace, pool table, TV, and a Queen sized sleeper sofa to gather. A second full bath is in the hallway downstairs, with a granite counter and tiled shower. Access to the lower deck is here, still with amazing mountain views. Soak in the brand new hot tub! Outside, the main level deck has a covered seating area with a wood-burning fireplace. The seating at the fireplace is a cushioned wicker, while wooden Adirondacks are positioned for the views. A gas grill is here for cooking ease. Please read before booking: All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day. The gate hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm Sunday: 8am - 2pm Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: (as of 7/25/2023) There are many homes in the Club that are currently under construction and construction vehicle noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. COMMUNITY AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO YOU DURING YOUR STAY: - Chetola Sporting Reserve - On 67 acres of mountain terrain, this private club offers an array of outdoor sportsman activities including gun, rifle, and pistol ranges, a sporting clay course, an archery range, and fly fishing. All activities are led by NRA-certified instructors. Please contact the club for info on pricing and reservations. - Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music. - Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer. - Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks snaking across all 6,000+ acres of BRMC. - Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus a number of coveted fishing holes. - Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts. - Horseshoes. - Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar). ​​​​​​​- Brand new outdoor pool located at The Meadows - Spa and massage services for an additional charge! - Ascent Wellness & Fitness center including: Personal training Private classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, and more! Additional charges may apply. - This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $50 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional $25 amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website. -Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
