Upper Level: King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Loft Area with Daybed and Trundle, Jack Jill Bathroom with 2 Half Baths. Lower Level: 2 Twin Bunk Beds with Trundle and Full Bath, Indoor Pool heated to 86-degrees, Hot Tub and the Lively Lounge with 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas, Foosball and Kids Kave. THE BASICS: No smoking, house parties, no pets, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties. SMART-LOCK SYSTEM: All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared. GUEST COMMUNICATION: You will receive a booking confirmation text message that will include your reservation rental agreement that needs to be signed and returned. The rental agreement will redirect you to your welcome book that will include important information about your stay, including your check-in details. We will resend the welcome book via text message and email 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN: Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file. POLICY VIOLATION FEES: from $50 .......... Un-Authorized Early Check-In/Late Check-Out (guest must check-out of unit at 10 A.M. unless approved by management prior to check-in) from $500 .......... Smoking Violation Fee from $500 .......... Maximum Occupancy Violation from $1,000 .......... Pet Policy Violation SUPPLY STARTER KIT: Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
