No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN: Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file. POLICY VIOLATION FEES: Un-Authorized Early Check-in/Late Check-out: $50.00 Smoking Violation: $500.00 Maximum Occupancy Violation: $500.00 Pet Policy Violation: $1,000.00 GUEST COMMUNICATION: Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival. SMART-LOCK SYSTEM: All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared. SUPPLY STARTER KIT: Our Starter Kit includes 2 rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. It is just enough to get you started, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
