SLEEPING SETUP Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed Lower Living: 1 Twin Bunk Bed & Queen Sleeper Sofa Nook:: 1 Twin Bunk Bed Total Sleeps:12 people maximum LEVEL LAYOUT Main Level: Fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Area that seats 10, Living Room, Laundry Room, Nook, King Bedroom, 1.5 Baths, Patio Upper Level: King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms Lower Level: 1 Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, Indoor Heated Pool, Kids Kave, Pool Table, Half Bath, Patio, Hot Tub THE BASICS: Primary renter must be 25 years old. *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties. No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. POOL INFORMATION: Pool is heated to 86-degrees year-round. Pool depth is 3 feet on the shallow end, and 4 feet at the deep end. GUEST COMMUNICATION: Guests will receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for your review and signature. Once rental agreement has been submitted, you will be directed to the Welcome Book which includes important information for your stay, including check-in details. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-48 hours prior to your stay. SUPPLY STARTER KIT: Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
