This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the downstairs guest bedroom has two queen beds. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and one twin bed. The downstairs living area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Never Disappointed
We've stayed at Park Place multiple times and we're never disappointed. Room 407 is perfect for our large family and it has great views of the river. We'll definitely stay there again!!
Awesome Condos Right In The Heart Of Town!
Our family of 10 enjoyed these condos immensely. The ease of dealing with the front desk for any easy check in and stay I cannot commend them enough for their awesome work. The condo was clean, comfortable with an amazing view!

We had a super time party of six. Enjoyed having three bedrooms, clean, comfortable, lots of kitchen time- made cookies and meals. Enjoyed the balcony and walking distance, not stuck in traffic or parking spots.

Enjoyable Trip
My family and I enjoyed your condo. We have stayed with Park Place many years but this was the first time we have stayed in 407. The place was clean and nice with some minor updates. The master bed was great to sleep on but the other beds need updated mattresses. All were not comfortable based on my adult children’s sleeping experience.
