The master bath as an enlarged step in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Park Place Condo For Christmas Parade
Had 3 condos here at Park Place for family weekend to attend Christmas Parade. Great location, very clean and perfect for our families from GA, TN and Ohio. Have stayed before and will be here again. Clean, easy check in and out and very nice and professional staff.

The place was clean and comfortable. The only negative- the TV was nearly un-usable. Poor streaming, but that is not why we came to the mountains.

A Great Getaway Location!
Very comfortable homebase during our recent Gatlinburg weekend. The 4 of us had plenty of room and were able to walk all over town to shops, attractions, and restaurants. The office staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again!
