This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the downstairs guest bedroom has two queen beds. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and one twin bed. The downstairs living area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Excellent Stay
Property was just as described. Check in was quick and efficient. Excellent location and wonderful space to accommodate multiple guests. Riverside view was beautiful and so very relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!!
Two Day Stay Review
Our overall experience at Park Place was good. We had three bedrooms and kitchenette, plenty of room! Location was close to most Gatlinburg activities on the Park end of town.
Convenient Location, Nice Staff.
We stay here every spring. The location is within walking distance of the Gatlinburg strip and very close to the park entrance. The staff is excellent and we've never had any issues in our numerous visits. The condos are little, dated but who cares. The condos have a kitchen and laundry, which is awesome.
