The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Celebrating 41 Years Of Marriage
My wife and I came to Gatlinburg to celebrate our 41st Wedding Anniversary and let me tell you had a great time. Park Place Condominiums was the perfect location close and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions and Room 310 was a great fit for our stay. The room was clean, and everything was as advertised, and the staff was helpful and professional. We would highly recommend staying at Park Place Condos. We are counting the days until our next visit and will book our stay at Park Place Condos.
Great Rental!!!!
The rental is perfect It is in a great location. About a 5-10 minute walk to the strip. This room gad great views of the river and 2 balconies. One in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and the room was updated. The room looks way better than the pictures. This will be where we stay from now on when we come as a family. Our party was 5 children a 2 adults and we had plenty of room. The staff was great also. You can't go wrong staying here.
