The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Condo was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Love the location! Private and peaceful. Mattresses and sofas need to be updated. Exhaust fans and shower light in master bath not working. The only issues we had but nothing major. Outside railings and stairs at the property need cleaned. Cobwebs and spider webs. Main thing was the cleanliness of the unit. Enjoyed our stay very much. Also the free country tonight tickets were an added bonus! Thank you

Park Place Is Our "Home" When We Visit Gatlinburg
Park Place Condos are always clean. The units are roomy, and all have balcony's overlooking the river. Our kitchen was reasonably well stocked with pots and pans. We usually cook most of our meals while in Gatlinburg rather than eating out. We've stayed here for decades and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
Christmas Trip With "The Grands:
We have stayed at Park Place for several years. We love the private baloney overlooking the creek. We are able walk to town and the walking trails
