The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Five Star Location, One Star Condo #305
Great property overall. Have visited/stayed on numerous occasions. This past stay was not up to past condo standards. Unit 305 condition fair at best. Badly in need of some TLC. Definatly showing it's age. What minimal paint/repair work done in the past (master bath, etc.) were very noticeable and obvious. Very sloppy in appearance. I understand why little efforts made to maintain because of the supply and demand, location wise. No need to spend money to renovate/upgrade. However, renter's be aware. Better/nicer condition units available within and throughout the Park Place property.

This was an amazing place to stay. We were very pleased with the location and view. Next time we come back to Great Smoky Mountains, this is where I want to stay.
