Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Location
I do not enjoy spending more than a couple of nights in a motel. Here you have space and everything to feel somewhat like home. We have stayed at Park Place a few times now and the main reason is the location. You can walk to just about anywhere downtown. We also like to go to Knoxville and Pidgeon Forge and getting out of Gatlinburg from this property is pretty easy. Another experience that we enjoy is the gas fireplace and the sounds of the rushing water from the river. At every stay, the staff have always been very accommodating.
Ao Stay
Enjoyed our stay staff when booking and while there were excellent! The only thing we noticed is the mattresses especially in the front bedroom where caved in and not too comfortable. The master wasn’t as bad, but we have stayed in another unit on 3rd floor (recently) and the beds were very comfortable. Think it was 306.

Everything was clean. Was really discos and had a beautiful view of the river from the balcony.

Great location, quiet street, very clean!!! Beds were comfortable! So nice to open the sliding glass door in the bedroom snd fall asleep with the stream flowing! This will be our go to condos for sure!
Exceeded Expectation
Very cabiny feel without the cabin price. The running creek was peaceful and relaxing. The fireplace was a nice touch.
