Friendly staff. Very clean room. Easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Will for sure visit again.
Perfect Location
We have stayed here numerous times. The river view is amazing. It's super easy to get into the mountains or a trail right by the hotel. We even got to see bears from the balcony this year! The only downfall is the beds are not comfortable at all. Bring foam toppers.
