Condo 102
I have stayed in Gatlinburg at least a half dozen times over my 46 years. We have always rented a cabin on Ski Mountain (Mt Harrison). This time, accompanied by my college age kids & their friends, I decided to rent downtown. This was the best choice for us. Access to all the amenities downtown but still felt like we had our own private space. The balcony overlooking the river was fantastic. The short walk to the strip was fantastic. I would recommend Park Place condos to anyone!
Location, Location, Location!
We loved our stay at Park Place. The condo was spacious and clean, the creekside balcony was relaxing. We even saw a bear wading in the creek! The location was great and very walkable! I have seen guests complaining that the condos are dated. So? I don't go to Gatlinburg to look at kitchen cabinets. This place was everything we needed and more! The staff was really nice, and check-in/check-out was a breeze! We will be returning!
Charming Condo Great Location
We loved staying in this beautiful condo right on the little river with a fireplace! Great location for Gatlinburg and short drive to Dollywood. Staff very friendly. We would love to come back!
