The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Experience - Will Definitely Stay Again!
Enjoyed a stay with our adult children who were visiting from out of state. Unit was very clean, very roomy, and sooo convenient. Master bedroom and bathroom were so spacious. Having a second bathroom for the other 2-queen bedroom was great. Our balcony was right over the river and we slept with the door open all night, listening to the rushing water. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped and we made several meals. Our unit had a stackable washer and dryer which was very convenient. We preferred being out on the “quiet” end of Gatlinburg. You can still walk to the main strip in minutes, but most people don’t venture to that end so it was far less congested. We were only one block from the Gatlinburg Trailhead in GSMNP and enjoyed the opportunity to hike the park without having to drive into the park - the Parkway was packed with long lines of cars.

We love Park Place and it is always our first choice when we visit Gatlinburg! The condos are extremely clean and the location is awesome. Condo 207 was wonderful and we loved that the carpet had been updated. Park Place staff are always very friendly and helpful. We will be back!!! Thank you!
