Hidden Gem
We chose Park Place because it accommodated our needs -- no stairs and two beds in the second bedroom. It's an older facility which has been nicely updated. Only four-stars because shower in primary bathroom needed attention, but everything else was more than satisfactory. PP is conveniently located, the unit was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. PP will be our go-to place for visits to Gatlinburg.
Great Time
Excellent. Stayed in unit 207. The only issue was the patio sliding door from the living room automatically locked behind us. Fortunately someone was still inside to let us back in. This poses a serious problem if everyone is on the patio.
Stunning Views
We loved everything about the place. The views were exceptional. The condo was very clean and well kept. The only thing I would have changed is the furnishings. The furnire was old and outdated. The bed wasn’t arthritis friendly as the mattress was extremely hard. Other than that, we loved it. I will stay again.
Girls Getaway
We rented 2 condos, side by side, for 4 of us. This worked out well. We all loved being right on the river. The trail for the national park is just a block away. Walking into town is very convenient. This is my second stay here and I’m sure I will be back. Most friendly staff in Gatlinburg.
