Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Such a beautiful view! Very well kept cabin with great amenities. Mattresses could use updating, but otherwise everything was fantastic .

Really Enjoyed Our Stay!!
It was amazing we really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The only thing we really did not like was that the restrooms were both in the bedrooms. Other then that everything was as expected.
Beautiful Cabin And View!
We love Legacy Mountain resort! This cabin was great for our family of 6. We enjoyed all the games and the hot tub. My only complaint was the mattresses were not very comfortable.

Fantastic Winter Vacation
The cabin was great! We loved the hot tub and game room. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Elk Springs Resort and would go back again. The check in and check out process is easy and convenient, the staff send texts and call to make sure you are enjoying your stay, and the cabin is very clean.
Great Getaway
We loved everything about our trip. Hiking was great. Weather was perfect. The beds were comfortable and views were stunning. Our only wish would have been to be able to get the hot tub to be warmer! If felt like a tepid bath to us but the temperature reading said it was at an appropriate temperature so I'm not sure what was wrong.
