Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

It was exactly how described. With having a child it was nice and spacious as well! It was close but just far enough away from everything g to have that cozy cabin feeling. The view was phenomenal. Definitely will stay here again.

A Peaceful Escape To The Mountains
Came here for a friend's getaway. The cabin was easy to get to and had an idyllic view. Drinking coffee on the porch in the morning was such a peaceful experience! The cabin is located very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough that you don't hear any traffic or other noise. My only constructive feedback would be to replace the washer/dryer unit as our clothes smelled a little off after use. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!
Perfect Views
The cabin was beautiful. Had enough space and the views were wonderful. Very quiet area. Everyone respected people's space. The pool was nice as well. We did have bears visit and it was neat to see in the wild. Would definetly stay again.
Amazing Views, Clean - Everything We Wanted!
Our cabin (#83 - Legacy Vista) was everything we thought it would be. The views inside the cabin are amazing, overlooking the mountain ranges. The cabin was spacious, clean, and worth the $. The gaming room was fun. The kids learned to play pool. The laundry unit was helpful. The kitchen was clean. We brought some of our own dishes, pans etc., but really didn’t have to. Everything was clean and useable. The dishwasher helped with clean up!
We even saw some bears when we were there. They got into our garbage, but maintenance was available to help with the clean up, and fixing the bear-proof garbage cans. The pool area was really nice and clean. The restaurant at the pool, Coco Cantina was amazing. The food was so fresh and very reasonable in pricing. The cabin was located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Thanks for a great vacation spot! Highly recommend!
