Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Cozy, Cute And Comfortable
We arrived and everything was beautiful. The main area was perfect! We spent a lot of time in there laughing, playing games and eating. We utilized all the space. The movie room worked perfectly and we had no problems connecting our laptop. I received a call the morning that we arrived and the next day, asking if everything was okay. I thought that was considerate and great customer service. The only pieces of feedback I would give is that the kitchen sink leaked and I called and they came right over and the counch is a bit worn and could use an upgrade. He told me they know the sink was a problem and they were waiting on a part to come in. We have no complaints and we will be booking our next years trip with them.
Plenty Of Room
Had a great time with family. Plenty to do in the cabin and lots of room to get away. A+ would rent again.
Sibling Reunion
All 10 of us, siblings and spouses, enjoyed our stay at Fire in the Sky in the BEAUTIFUL Smokey Mts. The house was roomy, comfortable, and well laid out. The deck surrounding three sides of the house, rockers, gas grills and picnic table were great for outdoor dining. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived but management corrected issues quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Fire in the Sky highly, our only disappointment was that we didn’t see any bears during our stay!!
Wonderful
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The check in/check out process was so simple. We can't wait to book another trip down and stay at another beautiful Elk Springs cabin!
Great Stay
This was our first time in the mountains, and I must say it was perfect. The cabin was great. Everything we needed for our stay was at our fingertips. The cabin had enough room for each couples privacy, and also secluded from other homes. The staff was even better. They checked in on us often to make sure we made it safely. Also frequent checking to make sure our stay was going well.
A Must Stay
The cabin itself was beautiful! plenty of cooking utensils and pots. There were minor issues like low water pressure and tears in the theater room chairs but overall it was lovely!
