Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Truly, A View To Remember!
The cabin is beautiful and the view is amazing! Everything is exactly as described and the large living spaces (kitchen, dining and living room) are great for multiple families. The property was clean and well maintained but there was not a scheduled trash pick-up during our 7-day visit. I did not call and report the need, so it is very possible that someone would have come out to pick up the trash by request. The location is great, about 30 min to Gatlinburg and PF. This is our second time at this property and I would recommend this property to friends and relatives - we will be going back!
A View To Remember
Didn’t disappoint and lived up to its name! Beautiful view along with the exciting drive up to it. My family stayed for a week, we had a little hiccup the first day but repairs were made promptly along with management being accommodating. Great location, would definitely come back!
A View To Remember And A Vacation To Remember
We had an awesome vacation, from hanging out in the cabin, using the hot tub, going to Cades Cove, Forbidden Caverns and spending time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge we all had a fantastic time. Would recommend Elk Springs Resort to anyone, this is the second time we stayed with them, and they are great.
