Have fun, it's on the house! Majestic Escape does have WIFI, however it is WIFI with limited data internet service. Absolutely no streaming of music, movies, tv shows, on-line gaming, zoom meetings or similar services. It is easy to pinpoint which reservations overuse data- violations of our limited data wifi agreement will result in charges. The roads are nicely paved, wide and easy to travel on and it is in a gated community. The property has parking for 3 large vehicles. The road to the cabin is steep and winding in spots. There is construction taking place near this cabin and the construction company is not affiliated with Auntie Belham's. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
