Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Family Vacation
We stayed a week with our adult kids at A View To Remember cabin. This cabin is gorgeous, furnishings were very comfortable and funtional, beds slept great. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. This cabin is a little farther out than some, but worth the drive. Just takes a little planning. Have stayed with Elk Springs before and will definately be back.
Awesome Cabin!!!
This cabin is very nice in so many ways. Very roomy, great bedrooms with suites in all, amazing view, huge kitchen and living areas. The driveway up to it is a doozy, but well worth it.
Gorgeous Home Away From Home
This beautiful home was perfect for our mini getaway with family. Everything we needed was available. The cabin is tastefully decorated. Everyone in our group was floored at how comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend this cabin!
Absolutely Wonderful
The property was absolutely immaculate. The photos did it no justice. Check in and check out were extremely easy. The cabin was clean and any and all questions that I had were answered immediately by the property management team they were extremely responsive. I will definitely be back. I have also recommended Elk Springs to my family and friends.

Truly, A View To Remember!
The cabin is beautiful and the view is amazing! Everything is exactly as described and the large living spaces (kitchen, dining and living room) are great for multiple families. The property was clean and well maintained but there was not a scheduled trash pick-up during our 7-day visit. I did not call and report the need, so it is very possible that someone would have come out to pick up the trash by request. The location is great, about 30 min to Gatlinburg and PF. This is our second time at this property and I would recommend this property to friends and relatives - we will be going back!
