Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Breathtaking Views!
While the online pictures are beautiful, the mountains are closer and more massive in person - absolutely wonderful to see this right outside your cabin. Very well appointed and had everything we needed. Very clean, and spacious. Wrap around deck with Charbroil grill. Numerous bathrooms including 2 large en suites with incredible showers. The road to the cabin had a few tight turns but we quickly got used to these. We quickly became accustomed to the cabin and enjoyed getting back before nightfall to cook on the grill every night. Check in process was easy as door code was texted directly when cabin was ready. Did not have to go to another location to check in, and Elk Springs representative texted us again after check in with additional information about Wi-Fi and the theater system. Although we were there only a few days, this already feels like a “home away from home”. I’m already planning a return trip and would love to stay in this cabin again. Thank you Elk Springs Resort for excellent accommodations and customer service!
Great Stay Overall
Great stay and location. Property was a little further out from Gatlinburg than we thought but not too far. Property was very clean. A few minor complaints furniture wasn’t as nice as pictured on the website. Propane tanks were empty for grill and fire table. They did get new tanks out the same day. Furniture want a problem for us but the propane changed our lunch plans one day. Will stay with elk springs again. This was our second year with them.
Very Quiet, Very Beutiful
It was a very wonderful relaxing stay. It felt like you where isolated from everyone else. You could not see any other cabins and no one could see you. The cabin was very nice. The brush has grown up from the pictures but still a very good view. The road up is a little steep.
Lovely Cabin!
Lovely cabin in a private, quiet setting! The views of the Smokies were amazing. The cabin was clean and spacious- our family really enjoyed both the pool table and the hot tub. A representative from Elk Springs Resort called the day after our arrival to make sure we had settled in! Check in and Check out procedures were seamless.
The town of Gatlinburg itself was a little too crowded for our family but we found Three Jimmy's Restaurant right outside of town and were pleasantly surprised! Our server was delightful and the food was delicious! We also enjoyed Crystelle Creek restaurant. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was really cool.
One attraction we really enjoyed was Hillbilly Golf-such a fun and unique experience!
