Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Our rental experience for this cabin was excellent! The view of the mountains were beautiful! Our cabin was nice and clean. We loved it!
Our 8 Day Stay In Paradise
We had a fantastic stay. The directions to the cabin were clear and helpful! The cabin was very clean and cozy! The views were fantastic. We even saw a bear one night right out front which was fantastic! The sunrises from the porch were like no other. We did have a crazy storm one night to which we lost power for an hour but, thanks to the games upstairs we were able to entertain ourselves!! I will say the road leading up to the cabin is very steep so if your going in the winter be very mindful of what kind of car your using would definitely need 4 wheel drive going up and down as it is very up and curvy

Great stay . Beautiful cabin. The cabin was clean and in great shape. Gorgeous views and just another great stay with Elksprings.
2nd Time Here - Will Be Back Again.
Went with 2 family groups - 4 adults 4 kids. Kids slept on the pull out couch and each group of adults at the 2 beds. Kids loved watching movies in the theater room downstairs.
Plenty of room to seat all 8 of us for meals. Wonderful view of the mountains. Short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Ford. There is a couple Dollar Generals and a Grocery Store nearby if any misc items are needed.
Very clean and well maintained. The company kept in well contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We not only recommended to family but we brought them with us this trip!
We brought food us to cook so really did not eat out much. There is a little hole in the wall Italian place that we ate at one night that was wonderful.
The scenery could not be better! Not a lot of other cabins around so you could really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I loved drinking coffee in the morning and then drinking a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony.
I use Elk Springs everytime we come back to this area! I wish I could give 200/10 rating!

Anniversary Trip
My wife and I stayed at Take My Breath Away for our 17th wedding anniversary. The cabin is Fabulous! So spacious, and the views are Amazing!
The description does it no justice! We actually received a text around 11am stating we could check in. Check in and check out was so easy. Elk Springs even called to Thank us for renting from them! Great customer service! We will rent from them again!

Waited A Year For This Getaway
Our experience was wonderful. We had to reschedule our stay twice due to unexpected circumstances. We had no problems with communication We stayed at Take my breath away and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views. Beautiful clean large cabin.
