Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Another Great Cabin At Elk Springs
This our 5th cabin with Elk Springs and once again everything was awesome. The views were amazing and we love the location since we have stayed in 2 other cabins on that road. Elk Springs is nothing but professional and when we stay in Gatlinburg that is the only company we will use.

Working with Dan at Elk Springs Resort was great and they kept you up to date on everything. Cabin was easy to get to and just enough out of town for some piece and quit. Cabin was clean, secluded with great views of the mountains, we will definitely use Elk Springs once again.

Beautiful Family Vacation
This is our second time to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area but our first time in an Elk Springs rental. We will never rent from another cabin facility again! The location and views were beautiful, we had many wildlife visitors, the customer service was out of this world. While we were here we visited Dollywood, Anakeesta, and did some downtown shopping. It was a beautiful trip and we will definitely be back!
Took Our Breath Away!!
We had a really lovely stay at the cabin. It was as good as it looks in the pictures, and the views were wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet retreat at the end of busy days, as well as the location. We were happy it was close to the Greenbriar entrance of the park, easy access to the grocery store and other areas without having to deal with the traffic in Gatlinburg!
