Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Incredible Views Cabin
We had a great stay! Cabin was clean and location was nice and easy to get to! Only bad thing was when we were out on the balcony there was a horrible sewer smell we contacted and maintenance came out but couldn’t pin point where it was coming from we don’t think it was our cabin but hard to sit on the balcony at time :/ but other than that we loved it and hope to find a bigger cabin next year like this one for our whole family!
Smoky Mountain Getaway
Cabin was as described and pictured. Beautiful views. Especially enjoyed having access to a pool. We usually visit the Smoky Mountains every year and this was our first time renting through Elk Springs and were very pleased and look forward to renting through them again.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin called Incredible Views. Everything was great during our stay. The staff reached out to make sure everything was going alright with the cabin. Will definitely stay with you all again.
Best Memories
The cabin is always clean and well maintained. The kids have so much fun that they have designated this "their cabin" and we plan annual trips. The staff were very proactive to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Love, Love, Love!
Great Place To Unwind!
My wife and I decided to take a week vacation from home and the kids. We never had a honeymoon when we got married in 2019. We enjoyed hanging out at the cabin during the days/night it rained. We will return with the kids soon!
Great Cabin
We had a great stay here. Everything worked properly (hot tub, theater, air hockey, etc). Resort contact was quick to respond to any questions we texted them. We didn't have any issues.
