Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Incredible Views Is An Understatement
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting the photos to match the cabin. Things often look so much better in photos than in person. However, the photos don’t do this cabin justice! Aside from the beautiful views, the photos match the cabin exactly. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was very clean. I didn’t love that the whirlpool tub room was downstairs but, if that’s the only downside, it was still a huge win. We will definitely be back and pick this cabin again!

The cabin was perfect. It was clean and the hot tub worked! The views though.... Made our cabin perfect. We had the best time!
Best Vacation Ever!
Working with Elk Springs has been so easy from the initial interaction, all the way to check out. The cabin was beautiful, but more importantly it was CLEAN! With a three year old, I was constantly looking under furniture and in couch cushions for toys and there wasn't a speck of dirt, dust, or crumbs anywhere. I was so pleased with everything and will be staying with Elk Springs for all my future mountain trips.
Great View!
We had a wonderful stay, the location was really high up on the mountain and our view really was INCREDIBLE! very clean & cozy. Can’t wait to book again! The only thing we would recommend is putting an extra bathroom not in the bedrooms. It was odd.

Great Community, Great Cabin, Excellent View
Incredible Views was exactly that, Incredible with great views of the mountains. The cabin was 3 stories, top floor had the pool tables and games with a TV. The main floor had the kitchen, bathroom, living room with big windows to see the views. The bottom floor had the movie theater, bedroom and laundry room with a door that leads to the deck with the hotub. The only things that was I had to vacuum and mop some of the floors as they were slightly dirty or had old food crumbs from previous tenants. Otherwise, excellent cabin! The community pool was nice and customer service was fast and professional. We even got to see a mama bear with her cubs. Definitely recommend also as you are close to everything but not close to where it is overcrowded.
