Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Summer At Diamond Mine
We had a lovely time at the cabin. The wooded scenery was very relaxing. And the cabin was very spacious for our family of 5. We experienced an issue with a broken refrigerator when we first arrived but the maintenance staff responded very quickly and we had a new fridge in the cabin that same day.

Loved our stay. Beautiful cabin, well appointed kitchen, lots of good storage, comfortable beds. We did not have a Mountain View but loved the trees....we felt like we were in a tree house. Quiet, even though we could see the roofs of nearby cabins, did not hear noises. We old folks could not figure out the television remotes and made a call to the office. Fella came right out and helped us navigate the system. The ice maker was not working and, once again, maintenance was on it. Will definitely be back.
