Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Lovely View
The cabin was clean and looked like it does in the photos. We loved the cabin and the view. We left the blinds open in the bedroom so we could watch the sunrise from our bed. The hot tub was hot and ready so we jumped in as soon as we got there. We loved it there. Only thing was the noises in the bedroom. I guess it maybe something with the hot water to the hot tub. And also a clicking sound from the ac vent. Mildly annoying. Everything else was great.

Staying At The Ridgetop Retreat (#50) Was The Best Experience Ev!
As soon as we booked, we received the order the same day. The customer service was excellent, very kind and helpful in walking us through the process. It was an incredible experience staying in the cabin at the top of the hill with one of the most breathtaking views, and me and my family had a wonderful time relaxing there. We did not wish to leave. Staying at a cabin that makes us feel at home, surrounded by beautiful creations, trees, mountains, blue sky, white clouds., it makes us feel like we are in heaven on earth. We look forward to returning soon!
Smoky Mountain Dreamin’
We visit the Smoky Mountains every year and have stayed at several cabins over the years. This was our second year booking through Elk Springs Resort. The reason we chose to book through Elk Springs again is that they are very professional, cabins are clean and as pictured on the website. We are confident that should there ever be an issue during our stay it will be handled promptly which isn’t always the case with other property rental companies. This year’s cabin (Ridgetop Retreat) was perfect for the two of us. The view from both decks was incredible, cabin was clean and well equipped. We love having access to a pool which is definitely a bonus after a day of hiking and golfing. While the cabin is located near other cabins, privacy and noise was not a problem. We look forward to spending a week again next summer!
Gorgeous View
We stayed in Ridgetop Retreat for 4 nights in early May. It's a beautiful, clean, comfortable cabin with an absolutely gorgeous view. It was quiet the week we were there, very easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was easy to use and clean. Management was communicative and responsive. The location was perfect!! 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend.
