Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Breathtaking Views!
Super cute cabin! We could not have been more happy. Location was perfect and the views were amazing! Cleaning staff responded quickly to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! Hot tub was a huge plus also! We hiked the Smoky Mountains during the day and relaxed in the hot tub at night.

This is our second stay with ESR and it has yet to disappoint!!! We rented the same cabin that we rented for our wedding trip and enjoyed a much needed weekend getaway! It was clean and comfortable and the hot tub with the view is the icing on the cake. Their customer service is excellent. I left a pair of shoes and with one phone call they gave me much hope in getting them back. Week and half later, my shoes were in hand! Thank you ESR for another great stay! We will be back!
Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg Getaway
We got up and watched the sunrise every morning! The view was amazing and watching the sunrise creep across the landscape in front of us was so relaxing. The pool table and arcade game made for good entertainment. Cabin was clean and very nice!
Much Needed Get Away!
The cabins are not far from the local restaurants and stores. It made it easier to access things but still tucked away to enjoy the mountainous scienic environment. The views were everything I needed to reset my inner spirit. The cabin was very easy to access upon arrival. I really have no complaints. I would go back over and over if I could��. The only thing I would do different next time, would be plan to have more time. Worth, every penny!
