Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Great Cabin
We have stayed in many cabins in Tennessee. This cabin was one of the nicest cabin that we have stayed in. There were a few areas that could have been dusted a little better.But overall I would give this cabin 5 stars.
Cabin Rental
The setting was lovely and the large windows of the view added to the experience. My only suggestion would be with better quality bedding- sheets and pillows and a more comfortable mattress on the sleep sofa. Otherwise all was very nice!
Amazing Getaway
This cabin was wonderful for our getaway. Everything was clean upon arrival, ample amount of towels provided for bath and hot tub as well as on site laundry. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Most importantly the view was amazing from all main spaces in the cabin, it was easy to locate and convenient to all the activities we chose.

Our experience was beyond what we were expecting. The cabin was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed to feel like at home. I will definitely recommend the cabin and the resort to all my friends and family.

Best Views Ever!
Our cabin was in the mountain, #75 above the clouds. The views did not disappoint! We were 20 minutes from all the major attractions, Dollywood/Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We ventured out a few times and drove to Asheville NC for the Biltmore estate and Blue Ridge GA for the train ride. Will definitely stay again.
