If you want to taste all the decadent flavors of Brazil with a modern twist, then the only place to go is Gaucho Urbano Brazilian Steakhouse. Located right along Highway 321 in Pigeon Forge, they are an excellent place to stop in for a bite to eat after shopping or having a blast at the arcade. Their restaurant has a spectacular ambiance that is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the town.
No matter what time of day you arrive, you will receive a token at check-in that lets you communicate your needs with your server. If you are ready to receive service, simply flip it to the green side and await the arrival of the chef at your table. They will bring out your preferred offerings and slice the meat tableside while you watch all the action.
When flipped to the red side, you will be left to your dinner and conversation, allowing you to customize the experience to your needs. You can repeat this process as many times as it takes to fill up to your satisfaction.
With every visit, you are given a choice of menu options. You can elect to go for the full range of dishes available that day to just a taste of the amazing offerings they have on hand. In addition, you can add salmon filets, grilled shrimp, and other tasty meats to your order, rounding out your meal and filling up your belly.

For the full spread of Brazilian foods, nothing else will do but the Gaucho Experience. With this option, you will receive open access to all foods on the Chef’s Hot Table and Harvest Table. You can also choose between all fifteen cuts of meat, including ribeye, filet mignon, and teriyaki chicken. In addition, you can request French fries, crispy polenta, and many other sides to complement your selections.
To dial back the choices a little bit, there is the Sample Experience, which also comes with unlimited trips to the Harvest Table and Chef’s Hot Table. The difference is that there are only nine cuts of meat available and they are pre-selected each day by the executive chef on duty. The sides are still free with your order and range from fried yucca to caramelized bananas.
Harvest & Chef’s Table
If skewered meats are not a priority, then the Harvest & Chef’s Table option might be right up your alley. With this selection, you can treat yourself to anything on those tables, but you will not have the option to order skewered meats. The crispy polenta, fried yucca, and other sides are still available without an extra charge, however. You can also order add-on items, such as a six-ounce filet of salmon or four ounces of grilled lamb chops, to round out your order.
On any given day, the chefs whip up eight delicious desserts using fresh ingredients and time-honored practices. Of these options, the Brazilian flan and crème brulee are the most popular. They also have gluten-free desserts for those who cannot have wheat, but still want to satisfy their sweet tooth.
As they are not included as a part of the menu options, desserts are ordered ala carte for an extra charge. That means you can fill up to your heart’s content and taste all the sweet treats served across Brazil. They have many different beverages and spirits available as well, including unique cocktails made by order.
– Although walk-in patrons are served with a smile, it is recommended that you make reservations for groups of 19 people or fewer. Large groups of 20 or more are required to make reservations ahead of time.
