Nestled in the woods, you will have that national park feel while you gather around the fire pit, play a game of horseshoes, or enjoy the serenity of nature sitting on the spacious front or back deck. Gather inside in your private theater room with 9 foot theater screen with theater projector and choose a movie from the 100+ DVD library. Shoot a game of pool, play one of over 200 games on the classic style arcade game, and then relax by soaking in your 104 degree hot tub overlooking the treetops. A secluded in the park feel yet close to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg!

Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Family and friends retreat in Cherokee land.

This was the first time I have reserved a cabin. I was so happy about the choice i made. The place exceptionatly clean. Fairly close to Gatlinburg and the mountains. We used the fire pit and jacuzzi. Had a cookout. We visited Laurel falls and Gatlinburg.

Customer Service was Awesome!

Overall, this was a pleasant experience. The management team called every day to check on us. My only complaint was that the cabin was not cleaned very well. The deck and outdoor furniture was dirty, the grill was out of gas and it just was not polished. Housekeeping missed cobwebs and dust. The maintenance staff that brought gas for the grill was apologetic and helpful. Housekeeping issues prevented 5 stars.

Hickory Lodge Review

The cabin was spacious, decorated beautifully and mostly clean. We found a load of towels in the washer that had been forgotten and began to smell. We really enjoyed the downstairs entertainment. The cabin had a pool table, game machine, dart board and movie theater style screen and seating. Outside was a hot tub and a fire pit. The cabin was set up perfect for our family to spent the evenings together. The cabin is located about 10 minutes from pigeon forge which wasn’t a terrible drive but we prefer to stay closer to town for convenience. The only major complaint we have is we found several spiders and centipedes. Most of us had spider bites throughout the week.Checking in an out of the hotel was a breeze. You do everything over the phone and/or through email which saved a lot of time! The customer service was exceptional! Overall it is a good cabin and well worth the money! We would stay there again!

Very Disappointed

This cabin wasn’t clean at all . It was surface cleaned but not cleaned like it should be. For tha mount of money we spent very disappointed.

Descent place needs fixed up

The place was big and had a lot to do so that’s good however there was a lot of problems and not a lot of help. If you called you’d be on hold for 10 mins then send to voice mail. The outside trashes were full when we arrived so we had nowhere to put ours. There was at lest 3 lights out. Water doesn’t get hot. Even hot tub doesn’t get hot. Bath in main bedroom doesn’t work bored games are missing pieces the yard pictured looks big and grassy. There is no yard just the fire place. Found like horse shoes seeing as how it’s on a hill. Have to bring your own toilet paper dish soap and soap ect. Also a big hole in the coffee table looks bad. And cob webs everywhere. All in all it was a decent place but it could actually be worth the money if they fixed it up

Hickory Lodge

Nice cabin in the woods! The cabin was clean and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the downstairs area. There is not insulation between the floors, so made for some noisy evenings/mornings. Neighbors were noisy late in the evening. So, be prepared if you are looking for a remote cabin, this is not it. Overall, very nice property - we enjoyed our stay!
