Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Elk Spings Is The Best!
This was my 4th time booking with Elk Springs’s. Each time I have stayed in a different cabin. Like the other 3 cabins, Hickory Lodge was just as beautiful as the website showed. Our group had a problem figuring out how to work the theater room and maintenance was right there to help us out!

We had a family of 8 and the cabin had more than enough room for everyone. The scenery is beautiful.

Great Location!
We had a great time at Hickory Lodge! Check in and check out were BEYOND simple. We really enjoyed that we didn't have to travel to a second location to check in or out. The location was perfect, we had everything we needed at the cabin, and the outdoor amenities were above and beyond awesome. The cabin was spotless upon arrival, and we were happy with the customer service. There were a few pieces of furniture that were different from the photos, we wished there was still a couch in the basement! We would recommend this property and all other properties owned by this company to anyone.
Family And Friends Retreat In Cherokee Land.
This was the first time I have reserved a cabin. I was so happy about the choice i made. The place exceptionatly clean. Fairly close to Gatlinburg and the mountains. We used the fire pit and jacuzzi. Had a cookout. We visited Laurel falls and Gatlinburg.
Family Stay
Loved it! The person who was texting me always responded quickly and made sure I had what I needed. I absolutely loved that the other cabins were NOT SO close together like the other cabins in town so we had privacy. You do hear everything from the next room so just no intimacy while you're out with other families �� just throwing that out there for others to be aware.
