GUEST COMMUNICATION: After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email and text with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement. SUPPLY STARTER KIT: Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
