All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Peaceful Beautiful Stay!
We have stayed at Park Place Condominiums many times over the last 10 years. We love everything about this place, i.e the location, can walk all over the strip, the large space for our family to spread out, the balcony overlooking the river, the fireplace, the kitchen for meals when we don't want to eat out, the washer/dryer, the people at the front desk and maintenance are very kind. Best place around
Great Location And Unit
Stayed New Years Weekend for four days. The picture of the unit is very outdated as the unit has been updated very nicely. We have seen such increased traffic and difficulty parking in Gatlinburg, that we decided to stay downtown and walk to everything. What a huge difference. It made our stay so much more enjoyable and allowed us to do more things opposed to sitting in traffic trying to find parking anywhere! Highly recommend the location and facility.

Best Place To Stay In Gatlinburg
Wonderful as always. We really liked the new mattress that has been put in the master bedroom. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need for you stay. They really do a wonderful job in keeping the condo and outdoor areas nice and clean. It’s our home away from home. Would not want to stay anywhere else. Everyone there is super nice.
