All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Very peaceful,clean and private
Great Location And Clean Condo
The property is a 1/4 mile from the Gatlinburg trail which is great for running and walking the dog. A beautiful stream runs beside the condos. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Stay
The condo was perfect. We enjoyed all the amenities provided which made our stay very comfortable. We loved the sound of the creek and the cozy fireplace. Park Place will be the only place we stay when visiting Gatlinburg!!!
Best Getaway Ever
John at the front desk is so sweet and polite, the property was clean, and signs everywhere on what to do for checking in and out. The room was clean and cozy and even the air filter was clean- we have allergies, so having a clean air filter is a bonus. Plus, we didn’t pay for parking because the condo was literally a stones throw away from the strip.
