Level Four, Great River View - 404 - Gatlinburg Condo

Overall, we were very happy with our decision to stay here. The location was safe and quiet but right around the corner from the main strip of Gatlinburg and an easy walk. It was wonderful having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Since we were there for almost a full week the laundry room was a big help. Our only two complaints were the three main beds really need a mattress upgrade or a nice, thick memory foam on the three big beds - not comfortable beds at all. The other complaint was the fireplace wouldn't work unless we wanted to call the office each time we wanted to use it. Not a complaint but the vacuum cleaner was also broken and needs fixed. We enjoyed the comfortable living room and the shelf full of games in the closet, as well as the sound of the creek when we left open the sliding glass doors. New mattresses and better pillows to go along with it would be a wonderful improvement to a great place! It is older but seemed to be well maintained and it was clean.

we rented side by side units for our large family gathering and thank goodness this was one. We mostly gathered in this unit because the other one did not have many of the things needed to accommodate a group. It rained most of the time we were there so we cooked and played games out of the closet. It is nice to have a laundry that works and enough utensils to stir a pot of beans or a spatula to flip pancakes. The next door unit had none of this and other things that were in disrepair. Thanks to your lovely unit our family gathering was a great time.

Stayed in condo 404. It had bed bugs in loft and guest bedroom. The lady at front desk immediately put us in room 405. Which was extremely nice, but we did have to spend a few of our precious vacation time dealing with the issue and having to move rooms. Positive is definitely location.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck with the river below. It was so peaceful. We brought our grown kids and a cousin. They were disappointed the pool wasn’t running. The location was within walking distance to most everything. We would stay again. We saw 15 bear at Cades Cove in one day. Three cubs really put on a show for us. This was our third time to visit Gatlinburg and the Smokies. I would recommend putting it on your bucket list.

Awesome, as always, Donna is very friendly & professional, The condo has recently been remodeled & it is absolutely beautiful!!! It is our favorite condo.

This rental was ideal in so many ways....the location, the cleanliness, everything. It is updated and that was not even mentioned or shown in the pics when we rented. We saw more bears at the rental than on any drives or hikes. It was so awesome. Would def go back.

The condo was very clean. The accommodation was very good for a family vacation. The only challenge was there wasn’t enough stuff in the kitchen. Basic spices, serving spoons, dishes weren’t enough. But we loved the stay there! Very clean and well organized home. Supportive staff.
