The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bath has a large step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The upstairs loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Peaceful And Convenient
This is the second time that we have stayed here and we will definitely be back. You cannot beat the location. It's quite and peaceful but everything is within walking distance.
The condos are always clean. The view of the creek from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. They supplied plenty of towels, TP, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc.

Great Location!
3 bedroom unit was perfect for our 3 generation trip. Very clean. Balcony big enough for all of us. Unit was reasonably equipped but wish it had salt and pepper. Many rentals do offer basics like that.

Great Place To Stay!
We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck with the river below. It was so peaceful. We brought our grown kids and a cousin. They were disappointed the pool wasn’t running. The location was within walking distance to most everything. We would stay again. We saw 15 bear at Cades Cove in one day. Three cubs really put on a show for us. This was our third time to visit Gatlinburg and the Smokies. I would recommend putting it on your bucket list.

Very nice furniture, all new dishes and appliances. Very easily and comfortably could sleep 12. We plan on coming back and asking for the same accommodations. Super clean, too, by the way. and easy parking.
