Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Beautiful Cabin
Beautiful cabin with spectacular views of the smokies ! Very well equipped with everything you need. Everything was outstanding from the glamour baths and comfortable beds, to the 3 levels of decks around cabin. A cabin that would be hard to beat in the mountains

Great Cabin
We really enjoyed the cabin and the view you have of the mountain is great.The only bad thing, you will hear some road noise, especially on the weekends. When we contacted the management team concerning some questions about the cabin amenities they responded quickly. Overall it a great cabin, and would love to go back soon.

A Fun, Clean, And Beautiful Place To Stay!
We stayed a Wednesday through Sunday. We arrived to a very clean and updated cabin. The views were amazing and the entire family loved playing pool while grilling overlooking the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. On our last night the hot tub jets wouldn't turn on, I texted the resort and was amazed at their quick response for a late Saturday night. They had someone call quickly and the problem was fixed. Outstanding customer service. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Cabin For Our Stay
We stayed in the middle of July 2018 had our small wedding ceremony at this cabin outside on the deck with the best views we've ever seen from a Gatlinburg cabin. It had a spacious kitchen, an amazing movie room, and the bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us and our kids. We had everything we needed to cook in the cabin. Not far from local attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We definitely would love to make this our cabin to stay at for our future trips and we definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg. Thanks for making our stay so special.

Spring Break Stay
The amenities were good. The downfall was the cabin was dusty and lots of dead bugs in the windows. On the surface it looked clean, but it was actually dirty.

Family Reunion After Year And A Half Of Isolation
We met my sister and her husband for a long overdue get together. The cabin was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and the management was exceptional. The views were fantastic. We loved having a cocktail hour each afternoon and eating our meals on the deck. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee around the fire table. We spent each evening watching a movie in the theater room. A truly unforgettable week. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your cabin.

Nicest Cabin Ever (Coming From A Real Estate Agent ;-)
I sell cabins in the Smokies for a living. It is SO nice, with every detail thought of and provided. Large rooms, and the biggest commercial refrigerator I've ever seen in a residence. The view was great. Did hot tub in the snow! Watched the Patriots game on the big screen. I want to BUY this cabin!!!
