Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Cabin Life Is For Me
Elk Springs Resort is a nice place to visit. Our cabin was decorated so nice and clean. The hot tub was a big hit for my family to relax at night. The staff was friendly and checked on us once we were settled in for the night. We will definitely rent again when we visit Gatlinburg.

Soccer Team Haven
For the past several years, our soccer team has stayed in several Elk Spring cabins. These cabins never disappoint! They are clean, well-maintained, have great amenities in each cabin and are a great location for us. We love them, and keep coming back!
Summer 2023 Vacation
My family and I loved this Cabin!I did not like a shared driveway and the trees in the front yard definitely needs to be cut. They only supply you only two days of toiletry items that's such a bummer for the expensive cost of a cabin. Blinds were missing from windows and blind pieces were broken off too throughout the cabin and one of the tv's did not work but I also did a complaint about these items. This resort has a great customer service skills! I will stay here again because of the huge size and layout.
Majestic Views
The cabin was further away from everything then we expected. When we arrived there was human hair still in the tubs and sinks that we had to clean . The hot tub had grey lint floating in it. The overall stay was nice and relaxing but I got charged $25 for dog hair having to be cleaned up yet when I arrived there was human hair in tubs and sinks and grey lint in hot tub all of which I had to clean myself before use.
I loved the cabin and the space that we had for 10 people. The pool table was fun and the kids enjoyed playing it every night. The dryer was a little slow at drying clothes and had to be run several times to get the clothes dry.
The cabin is pet friendly which is a plus but dog hair should be expected when the cleaners are cleaning.
