Recharge in this beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath luxury cabin featuring 3 master suites and 3 decks, each on their own floor. Your group will enjoy spending time watching movies on your own private 9 foot theater screen with projector and surround sound. There is plenty of room for your group to spread out with the kids playing downstairs and the adults gathering in the great room or loft. Enjoy relaxing in front of the fireplace on the upgraded leather furniture while gathering with family and friends or quietly enjoying a book. A pool table, arcade game, hot tub, gas grill, game table, cable TV and free high speed wireless internet are all included. Plenty of parking and a side yard finish off the outside.

Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay. When we called maintenance about a hot tub issue, they were there within 10 minutes to assist! Love Buckwild as it seems to be the most private of the properties.

Trip to smokys

There were no shampoos in the bathroomsNo lotion Not enough soap for 2 daysWe have to go buy soaps and shampoo It’s much better to stay in a hotel than this placeWe were in the town around 1:00 pm and they didn’t provide us access till3:30 pm3:00 pm was the official check inCheck out time was 10:00 am which was not extended upon request Saying new guests are coming So I asked them is it different rules today’s guests Coz we didn’t get the room till 3:30I will never recommend this place to anyone

We appreciate your honest feedback, Saiqa. It troubles us to hear you did not enjoy your overall trip to The Smokies. We do send out several emails prior to arrival stating for our guests what items we provide and items that we recommend you bring with you. We do this to avoid any confusion upon your arrival. We do provide a starter supply of several items but we do not provide toiletries like a hotel might. Our check-in target time is 3:00 yes, however, we do note for all of our guests prior to arrival and again on the day of arrival that 3:00 p.m. is simply a target time and we do our very best to have our cabins clean by this time. We do update our guests prior to 3:00 p.m. if there is going to be any delay at all. I am very sorry that the 30-minute delay caused such a terrible experience. We hope you enjoyed the cabin itself and your time away in The Great Smoky Mountains. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

OK overall

Cabin was decorated nicely and lots of room. There were a couple of maintenance issues that we had. The jacuzzi tub in the downstairs onsuite did not work. The toilet in the mainfloor bathroom took a long time for the tank to fill up and flush. The big thing for me was only 2 or 3 towels were in each bathroom. There were 3 bathrooms and we had approx 8 or 9 towels for a group of 10 people. We had to wash towels the very next morning after arriving in order to have clean towels for that day. Make sure and bring washing powder and dishwashing tabs as well. You are required to leave dishes clean in the dishwasher when you leave but they don't give you enough for the week. Also, signs everywhere in the cabin that said do not do this or do that or you will be charged for any damage that this may cause. I understand renters can be very disrespectful of property but for those of us who are respectable, it made me

We have forwarded your feedback regarding the Jacuzzi tub and main level toilet to our maintenance department so these items can be addressed. Please do not hesitate to contact us during your stay should you find any amenities that are not working properly. We provide 24/7 guest assistance to ensure that any need that arises can be handled quickly. Please don't suffer, call us. We love assisting our guests! Although there are usually a limited number of towels in the bathroom, additional towels are folded into shapes and left on the beds. Sometimes these may be in the design of swans or hearts, to name a few. These are part of the stocked towels that are left for our guests to use. In an attempt to make our guests aware, we send out several emails that note we only provide a starter supply of paper and liquid items. It also notes if you will be staying more than a few days, you will need to bring or purchase additional. We do not mean for the signage to be disrespectful in any way. We added the signage after multiple complaints that these rules were not made clear. We do understand that most of our guests are very respectful, and we truly appreciate this. However, for the ones that are not, we do have to make it clear as we do charge for damages that stem from misuse. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to these issues and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Keep in mind, as a returning guest you will enjoy 10% off all future stays.

Great cabin with great private space and views

Wonderful location and very private location compared to the other cabins. Very peaceful and all beds and baths were on separate floors which was great for privacy. Property management staff was quick and was great with unprompted follow up. The only negative to me was that the 3rd floor bedroom shams were very dirty and noticeably unwashed. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and would love to come back!

Great weekend trip

It was a great stay. Cabin looked just like the pictures. We did have a water leak when we arrived. Called it in and someone was there in less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. I will be booking again next year

Amazing Couples Trip

this was our first town out of town as couples. We had an amazing time with 4 couples. The cabin was a just right for all of us. Our stay was not long enough so we have booked another cabin for 5 days. We can't wait to return.

The water pressure in Buckwild was not good. Sometimes when taking a shower the water would just stop, then return. That was the only issue we had. A beautiful cabin and grounds. I would highly recommend Elk Springs Resort!!

1742 Buckwild

Great convenient location, located a few minutes to Gatlinburg. Everything was wonderful, with the exception of water pressure @ times. Great seclusion, wonderful time for our family and look forward to our next family vacation!!
