If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
Great Time in the Smokies
Cabin was as described. Cabin is in great shape and okay cleaning service takes core of it. Cabin location is the best, not next to another unit like most are.Would recommend to others? Yes

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The customer service was hands down the worst Iâ€™ve ever experienced and is the sole reason we wonâ€™t be returning to Elk Springs. The cabin was spacious and the arcade machine was a hit with the kids. We had rented a few movies for the kids to watch on the projector before bed, but the projector kept turning itself off every few minutes so we had to keep the remote close by to keep turning it back on. The beds could use some updating, they were a bit firm and the pillows were flat. But overall it was a nice getaway, but we wonâ€™t be returning.Would recommend to others? No

The top-notch amenities are certainly enjoyable for all ages. We must respectfully disagree; customer service is very important to us and it appears that you and your wife spoke with our staff on several occasions prior to your arrival. It appears that we were trying to work with you in regards to your last minute cancel request. We do have these policies in place for a reason, and we feel they are beyond fair. We are sorry if you feel our staff was anything less then professional and it is regrettable that you will not be returning.
My family enjoyed our stay in Buckwild cabin. With plenty of amenities and room to spread out, the nine of us remained entertained and comfortable for the duration of our four night stay. A few more days were needed even to make full use of all that was there to do. We enjoyed the relative seclusion of our cabin and the minimal to almost non-existent intervention of property management. It was truly our family and our family alone. The only point of criticism is that there are very minimal modifications (i.e. lateral bracing and raised edges for air hockey table, permanent fix to arcade intermittent image visibility) that can be made to the amenities that would substantially increase the enjoyment that they deliver. All things considered we are satisfied customers with intent to return in the near future. Thanks!Would recommend to others? Yes

when we got to the cabin the main floor bathroom toilet would not flush and the water in the toilet and sink was brown, maintenance did come out and repair quickly. the website needs to reflect updated pics, especially of driveway and entry to house because some may not be able to walk up the ramp and some interior photos are not correct according to current state of cabin. Pool table needs to be more in the center of the room so you have room to play (only easily accessible from two sides). upstairs shower liner was moldy and several dirty spots on carpet. Didn't personally feel sheets were very clean. Recommend at least one extra toilet paper roll per bathroom (we only had one in each bathroom). the main floor was not technically a master suite because the bathroom was not connected (website states 3 master suites). Also the arcade game did not work which is one reason we rented this one for the indoor entertainment it had and the air hockey pucks were very cheap and didn't slide well on table.Would recommend to others? Yes

None of the games or big screen worked. The pool table was uneven where we couldnâ€™t even play. Their was hair in the showers, and lady bugs all in the houseWould recommend to others? No
