Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The place was great the only complaint is the master bedroom when laying in the bed you have the bed bar in the middle of your view of the Tv. Got to experience 3 different bears at our cabin . I will definitely stay with elk springs again in the future.
Exceptional Fall Foliage Getaway
My family of four had a fantastic weekend staying in your cabin! We even had a bear greet us upon arrival! The location worked well for all our activities and the cabin itself was a dream.

This was one of the most luxurious/ beautiful cabins we've stayed in. The experience overall was fabulous and the vibe the cabin gave off is somewhere you want to try to spend every moment enjoying the beauty of it. Although the mattress wasn't firm enough, it didn't change the excitement and enjoyment of the amazing amenities that come with the cabin.

Great Place To Stay!
We loved this modern cabin, it was cozy but more updated than some of the older log cabins. We had a bear roaming around one afternoon and that added some extra points to our experience.
Alta Maya Cabin
Elk Springs Resort staff was very professional with outstanding customer service. The Alta Maya cabin description was very accurate and the property was very nice, with easy access in a secure setting.
The only items that in my opinion that need attention is the hot water setting, the water did not get very hot at all and trying to watch television from the king room bed is almost impossible due to the bed frame blocking half of the tv screen. Other than those two minor items, our stay was wonderful.

Absolutely Beautiful!
Beautiful cabin with so many luxury items to enjoy! Friendly helpful staff and a great place to stay! Loved it! Looking forward to going again! Furniture could have been a little more comfy for relaxing days at the cabin.
