Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Incredible Getaway
Alta Maya is amazing! My wife and I came into town for a little get away, and get away we did! We are from Kansas City and could not wait to get to Gatlinburg to explore the sites, shops, trails. The cabin left us not wanting to leave! First of all, it’s beautiful! We used every aspect of the cabin and never felt like we had nothing to do! We did get out and explore, but were excited to return to our piece of paradise. I can’t say enough about our experience with this whole trip. On departure day, we contemplated staying longer. Unfortunately work schedules said otherwise. We will be back and are currently planning that trip!
Perfect Cabin Getaway
This was exactly what I was looking for. The cabin was excellent, everything was what I was hoping for. The location is good, not too far to town but far enough away that you get that "cabin in the mountains" effect. The pool was great and so was the theater room. We also loved being able to sit outside by the fire table in n the back at night. I would definitely go back, we didn't want to leave!

The place was great the only complaint is the master bedroom when laying in the bed you have the bed bar in the middle of your view of the Tv. Got to experience 3 different bears at our cabin . I will definitely stay with elk springs again in the future.
Exceptional Fall Foliage Getaway
My family of four had a fantastic weekend staying in your cabin! We even had a bear greet us upon arrival! The location worked well for all our activities and the cabin itself was a dream.
Fabulous
This was one of the most luxurious/ beautiful cabins we've stayed in. The experience overall was fabulous and the vibe the cabin gave off is somewhere you want to try to spend every moment enjoying the beauty of it. Although the mattress wasn't firm enough, it didn't change the excitement and enjoyment of the amazing amenities that come with the cabin.

Great Place To Stay!
We loved this modern cabin, it was cozy but more updated than some of the older log cabins. We had a bear roaming around one afternoon and that added some extra points to our experience.
